Ok, first of all, the terms of The financing agreement are no where’s near as bad as the other Penny companies seem to negotiate

$12m over 24 months, stock at a 5-10% discount to market in blocks no larger than 3x the average daily volume

The financier seems very active but doesn’t appear to have been involved with any of the known penny scams
