There was a SEC investigation into insider trading and fraud. I have been digging and it all of this started around 2005. I do hope he is not doing the same. At that time he was offering TGGI stock in trade for BCAP and now its Cannabis stock for TGGI and he was also doing a share reduction and he was adding subsidiary income to BCAP reports to pad the numbers.
