ROTFLMAO You got things backward and missed the point. The fact that cities can ban MJ also means they can permit it. Who cares what Bakersfield or Kern County decides to do. California City (another community in Kern County) has already voted to make it legal. Consequently, mCig's land purchase will probably not be affected by whatever votes are taken.
