Not trying to make it a political discussion as i have no interest in politics. But if it was the idea, there was nothing stopping it from being reversed in these last 10 months - prrfect example of draini g the swamp, exposing obama etc.. it could have even been used in presidential campaigns if needed. All we are all doing is coming up with excuses and logical reasoning that keeps our spirits and hopes flying up in these delays, not that there is anything wrong with it as hope is the driver for most things..
