Does anyone know what the cost is

To draft, print and mail the shareholder materials necessary to carry on as a going concern so that the shareholders are informed of all the issues necessary to be informed about so that voting on the way forward can commence? We are talking about administrative expenses to hire the people with knowledge to draft and administer as to the corporate responsibilities and publications, plus the legal and accounting fees to oversee and comply with all applicable laws regarding these documents, the promulgation thereof and the filing thereof.

My guess is you are looking at a total expenditure of about 100K-200K just to properly and legally prepare everything for shareholder review. The work and expenses will continue to build thereafter.

Where’s that $$$ going to come from???

It just doesn’t add up. The good doctor might wanna pay 10K for the patents, which seems more than fair, but where’s the 100-200K going to come from to jump only through hoop #1 of the infinite hoops necessary to continue as a going concern???

And how are the shareholders ever going to see anything come there way, ever???
