It’ll be within the time frame of VPLM’s IPR’s. That’s all that matters. Then the infringement lawsuit stay is removed and then it continues. But, it’s a huge obstacle to have all IPR’s ruled unconstitutional. There’s no arguing this.

Right off the bat I agree with you, nice post. I just don't think we can be naive enough to bank Voippal success upon "ALL IPR's" being ruled unconstitutional. Historic as it would be but can't see this happening that quickly. The courts would be bottle-necked with thousands of new suits.

The infringement stay removed then "IT CONTINUES" means more of that time being taken.
