The point about canoe pool (China) reverse merging to form CANOE POOL AMERICA (USA) is that the regulatory crackdown within China right now regarding crypto-related companies is forcing a migration from China to USA given the more favorable business environment and overall freedoms and liberties.

Not to mention that USA is about to have one of the lowest corporate tax structures of any developed nation.

P.S. Trump has cabinet members who advocate for favorable legislation and securities enforcement of crypto businesses.
