Dude,

Prolonged silence, while the stock price is sliding, is typical of scams. You will not hear anything from management until they need to raise more money to give themselves. At which time, there will be more dilution... but management will claim the money is for 'expansion'.
By now, there should be no doubt that this is a scam.
