gosox, I cannot answer your first question. No mention of health canada approval in the PR. Also, we still lack information on Alliance Group itself. As for your 2nd question, EAPH received final agreement paperwork from multi-national pharma (speculated as being Bayer) on Sept 20th. So, that's 3 weeks ago. EAPH needed to sign it send it back and they tweeted this morning that the announcement was imminent. That tweet tells me EAPH accepted the terms offered and did not go back for anymore changes.
