MMEG - Where is the Major News from the company that was expected to be seen (yesterday) on Monday?

It's Tuesday and there is a MMEG volume sitting at 63.5 million traded at .0001 and there still isn't a Bid!

No Bid x .0001 Ask (20,699,996 size)
