I do think the organizational structure to support significant growth (well beyond the existing contracts) is in place. For example, the management talent is more indicative of a company worth several hundred million versus less than $5 million. That said, they need to get stuff done. I keep pressing them on this. I think the first step will be to get an interim financing deal done to replace all of the tranches of convertible debt that they had to take on. They did suggest that a deal was on the table but required a third party's agreement. Not sure what that means, but I suspect we'll find out soon.
I do think this type can be easily financed with bank debt once it scales some. The contracts should represent recurring revenue and the margins are attractive.
