My online broker indicated that I like to choose offsetting lots during order preview, and to do so please us the lot selector. And if I do not specify offsetting lots, lots will be selected on a First in and First out basis. I am confused about offsetting lots. I was trying to place an order to sell 11000 shares. I use the all or none feature. Can someone explain this process a little better to me? Thanks!
