THIS LAW REQUIRES "Cannabanoids" as the only form of the cannabis plant to be PRODUCED and SOLD via a government issued PERMIT to a Company that has the following qualifications: 1- a research relationship with an approved university, 2- ability to produce cannabanoids using an approved process of absorption of Cannabanoids.

Pretty convenient for $TXTM/Plandai-SA WHO JUST HAPPEN to have the only research grant and the ONLY PATENT for get this, Phytofare- a process by which, through their relationship with North West University, will begin the PROCESS OF BRINGING A FINISHED CANNABANOID PRODUCT TO THE NEUTRICUTICAL MARKET....which - as per the SA committee- license should be issued 10/13/17. .
