We dont know what contact was had with SMME prior to this article. If there was some contact, investors would be outraged if they found out that SMME had a chance to promote its product, but declined...
But its not hard to see how the Author came to the conclusions he did. SMME does live in a shoe box in Las Vegas. After 12 years, they have made no sales, and not produced a card that has been signed off by any bank or financial institution.
I'm sure SMME would like put a different spin on it, but I believe the same conclusion would be reached if the Author had called any sucked-in Investor of SMME stock..
