Updated Stock Statistics:
OS on 8/21/2017: 2.5 billion shares
AS as of 10/9/2017: 15 billion shares (raised on 9/22/2017)
Stocks available for dilution: 12.5
Stocks Traded Between 8/22 & 10/9: 15.34 billion shares
Since there is only 12.5 billion shares for dilution and the amount traded was 15.34 billion, this means that the minimum amount of shares traded retails Since 8/22 was:
15.34-12.5 = 2.834 billion shares
This analysis is showing us that there was a significant dumping by investors that has nothing to do with dilution of at least 2.834 billion shares. In addition, this analysis showed that at least 383 million shares were bought after 8/21 and sold again in addition to the OS on 8/21 of 2.5 billion.
In summary, at least 2.834 billion shares were sold by investors since 8/21. This amount is already more than the OS at that time by 383 million shares. This analysis also assumes that the OS is maxed out at 15 billion shares right now.
It is hard to believe that the company will dilute its entire AS. Here is then what the analysis says:
If OS = 14 billion, then 3.83 billion shares were circulated by investors
If OS = 13 billion, then 4.83 billion shares were circulated by investors
Since there was a significant amount of shares traded, I won't be surprised if the OS now is close to 13 billion or so. I don't believe the company will dilute beyond that before raising the AS again.
