I read your post and agree with you on all counts, however, I am realistically NOT anticipating all to go down quickly. While my shares would love to see ALL IPR's ruled unconstitutional my gut tells me there won't be anything happening quickly - positive or not. Not with a Silicon Valley bought and paid for D.C. making the rules.
