Voippal Shareholder: Hopeful the company could pull off such a "SMOOTH TRANSFER" to the Tribe, bypass the PTAB and litigation, and off to the highest bidder for multiple Billions. Oil States trial prevails for small inventors and IPR process immediately eliminated forever.

Realistic Investor: Likely no transfer to an Indian Tribe is made, and an attempt to do so in order to skirt the patent system would be challenged by Apple and others resulting in further delays prolonging this entire prolonged process to begin with. Oil States trial if favorable might end up affecting Voippal down the road however this is not a trial involving Voippal and any such trial resolution likely will result in plenty of TIME before made law. It could definitely help the cause but will not be the end-all solution.
