The Crypto Company (CC) has just recently Indicated it has Intent to:

ACQUIRE ...RMRK....which is Planned for Q4

There is NOTHING in the Filings yet, discussing a REVERSE MERGER

ACQUISITION does NOT necessarily mean REVERSE MERGER

(although, if and when RMRK is Acquired by the Crypto Company, the Crypto Company MAY decided to Reverse Into )

If RMRK is Acquired in Q4, then it will be Up to the Crypto Company to decide whether or Not they wish to R/M Into..

If the CC does R/M into RMRK @ that Time....That is where the "1 to 4 month Clock" would Start to get the process Done...fwiw
