10K report should be out this Friday, but if the company will be unable to file it, will it be delisted from OTC? If it will, then all of shareholders' investment will go up in smoke.

Estimated loss for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 is $7,810,000

Why is it so difficult for the company to file reports on time? No money to pay for the Exchange fee? Late filing may imply management procrastination, irresponsibility or incompetence, it gives the company a bad reputation.
