It is always a pump/dump here. Hop-On has never had success with anything it has ever done since scamming all those investors out of money that got his offices raided and files and computers seized by investigators. Then there was his felony money laundering conviction and the fact he stole close to $90K and got caught in his latest scam.

With the issues the CEO faces with child support enforcement, the court fraud judgment against both him personally and Hop-ON, and his recent problems with getting a business license in the USA, it looks more like he is tweeting out his stock promotions to help unload the overvalued shares before it goes back to no bid (as it usually does soon after the P&D).
