3.Tom does not know the word"FAILURE"-----the dude is a paragon of success and humility
4.Tom mows down every goal he sets-----this IS no different
5.Tom does what Tom says he will do,to mention but a few

Folks,what you are witnessing today has been in the making for more than
a decade,count yourselves lucky to be the ungrateful beneficiaries of years of diligent planning and methodical execution in addition to the fortuitous coalescing of events here and abroad----hard working people get lucky too.
