Apparently they missed transcribing the Nevada SOS paperwork for A/S or the receptionist overlooked it.
I will e-mail them again in November to see if there is a fix.

* The only things I requested was O/S and Restricted because I am more interested in the float. Next time I will ask for the A/S to let the receptionist actually LOOK at that number too.
