I stand by that opinion. No way to put a positive spin on BAT's decision. The more you and others, including management, try to put a positive spin on that development the more desperate things look.

The only acceptable response to BAT's decision is that BAT made a mistake and we intend to prove that they made a big mistake.

BAT saying no to XXII is reality, and you best come to grips with reality. It is far too easy to attribute any unfavorable comment or unfavorable opinion as speculation, banter, fake news, whatever. The fact remains that BAT said yes 4 years ago and no last month. That's the truth.

I'm long on XXII, but I'm not as confident as I was.
