SCOTTRADE is restricting buying FUTL and ERBB, WHY? I have attempted to buy these stocks and get a message that state “ please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security”. The VOLUME of these stock are restricted driving the price of these stocks down. My question to the rest of you is your blocker restricting buying these stocks? You can check yourself by placing an order, but don’t confirm the order. If you get no message you can buy these stocks. If you get a message denying your purchase please post which broker is denying your order. Are these stock having problems or is the price and volume being manipulated?
