SCOTTRADE is restricting buying ERBB and FUTL, WHY? I have attempted to buy ERBB and FUTL today and I get a message that states “please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security”. The volume of these stocks are being restricted driving the price down. My question to the rest of you is your Broker restricting buy these stock? You can check yourself buy attempting to place an order, but don’t confirm it. If you get no message you know you can buy these stocks, if you get a message denying your purchase please post which broker is denying your purchase. Are these stocks having problems or is the price being manipulated?
