No Beverage company in this category (lemonade and coconut water) gets a serious look, from ANYONE (i.e. Private Equity, other larger Beverage companies. Competitors, etc) until they've reached at least $20M in revenues! This is we'll known (Snapple, Sobe, Vitamin Water, Honest Tea, Hubert's, VitaCoco, etc) and well documented. What most of these brands have in common is that they're mostly private (except Snapple when it was bought out by Quaker Oats back in '97). Those that were public were much further along than PLSB when anyone looked at them and were mostly either EBIDTA positive OR were funded by the traditional equity route (i.e. NO CONVERTIBLE "Floor less" DEBT)! Almost every single Beverage (public) company that stalled their revenues at sub $3M and went on to rely on CONVERTIBLE TOXIC DEBT went on to go....bankrupt! Proof is in past history unfortunately! Get a NEW CEO, BOARD, Management, and real investors and turn this ship around before it's too late!!
