I personally own 50,000 shares at a cost basis of .045
This has hurt my portfolio. I am holding tight and am thinking of averaging down. However, I believe this has far more downside once the dilution occurs. If I was truly confident of this, then I would be selling to buy back later. Instead, I hold to buy more at the lower price, but don't want to miss the upside if I am wrong.
I am not currently pleased with my decision to have so much faith in the company that I have taken a hit, but hope that time will reward.
Considering what they have, it seems like dilution would not be necessary if they were to roll this all out effectively. I have not seen much info on the plans for the influx of cash. If done well, this could be the catalyst for marketing and getting the product out on a massive scale.
I am currently cautious, and hope that I am not just a bag holder.
