What happened to the acquisition of

Feb 28, 2017 - Momentous Entertainment Group to Acquire Ecommerce Retailer NEUROFUSE

Mr. Neubauer also stated, "We expect to close the NEUROFUSE acquisition by the first week of April 2017 after initial due diligence has been completed."

Yet they stated later that the NEUROFUSE acquisition will be done in MAY, But nothing has happened and the public has not heard any of their "transparent info"?
