Not according to Kay. The math would come out to $5 billion dollars is what i think the statement said. This cannot be, That would mean correcting this ship would take a mere $50 - 70 Million dollar Injection from Investors to clean up the Share Structure and the possible conversions. That is a unique number considering on July 12th there was a tweet:

and then a subsequent note appeared saying:

Equity investors recently asked what we could do wit a $50-70 Million dollar injection of funds.

Those 2 hints would lead me to believe this could all be cleaned up in very short order.
