If it takes over six months which it has, and all the money and lawsuits to clean shell. This isnt worth the time or money spent versus going public. Capital is raised for IPO's by external sources usually anyways. So if there is billions behind the scenes why would this be worth it when an ipo six months ago would have been capitalizing for six months by now and would have paid off capital sources. The advantages of a pre exisiting shell to R/M into are gone here folks.
