The thing I can't understand is why there seems to be a problem now after the divy issuance and approval seemed to go so smoothly, much better than I expected, actually. It seems that the agencies involved in approval of the divy would have considered how the thing would trade and all that before approval and release to the brokers. TD Ameritrade's story doesn't add up IMO.
