SMKG had an agreement with PYDS, before PYDS bought Akimbo Financial. Looks like SMKG missed the boat, because the Akimbo platform combines a "Master Card" with 5 other companion cards, that can be loaded and reloaded. Add FEMA to an Akimbo/FiCentive 6 Smart Card network. FEMA cards in-lieu of checks, can speed up the clean-up & rebuilding process.

New rules & regulations governing the payment industry must be voted on ASAP! Politicians don't have the foggiest idea how to run banks, let alone a country, needing to communicate in real-time, during hard times.
