Call it a premature PR if you like. You will get a new complete official agenda, a new PR with a proper SEC filing in a month or so before the AGM.

Sometimes it does not matter how much fact or evidence you present to people here, people just keep ignoring it. Reminds me about old girlfriends who loves the drama.

Same goes for those collateral shares. I even call the man himself to get confirmation that they will get back the shares when they pay back the loans. And yes they will! As long as they top up with shares, pay the interest and finally pay back the loan, they will receive the collateral shares. This will be the last time I write this. And very soon one of the loans will be paid back before the maturity date just to prove to all the shareholders that they can payback and that they will receive beck the shares.

But I have no doubt in my mind that the lenders are somehow speculating with their collateral shares, but it does not matter to us or the company, because one day they will be returned, if they have done something stupid, they will get hurt and I will not feel sorry for them. Anyway, there is no point speculating about this since none of us will learn what they are up to.

- The F-1 form to be filled and made public.
- Financing of minimum $100 million for TRW.
- Announcement of X-date for the TRW dividend.
- Q3 results
- BOD announcment of Tri-way
- Announcment for repaying some of the Collateral shares
- Big Buyback plan
- Updated dividend plan
- TRW cash dividend plan
- Contractor deal and buildout plan of Mega Farm
- The D&B report to be made public.
- A full analysis of TRW made by the bank consortium to be published. Expect nothing but a masterpiece.
- Cancelation of A-shares
- Announcment of new/more directors in SIAF
- Capital Award - Merger, Equity sale, Partnership deal, plans of main board listing.
- KSCA contacts start buying SIAF shares in masses.
