LIGLASS/KYRGYZSTAN MEETING ON Oct 5, 2017

The Liglass website has a new news item posted on Sunday October 8th (hard workers, to be posting news on s Sunday!). Reps of Liglass met officially with the Ministry reps of Kyrgyzstan on October 5th. The arbitration talks have been initiated and they decided on the following:
1. They have agreed on establishing a working group to address issues.
2. They will plan additional meetings.
3. They will address financial viability of Liglass and terms for payment of the US $ 37 Million.
4. They will address the $1.1 Million owed to Liglass by Kyrgystan paid as a returnable guarantee fee.
5. Liglass needs official decisions on RusHydro’s claim to the two large dam projects, including the Naryn hydropower station.
6. Liglass demands that the Kyrgyzstan Govt address the false press declarations defaming Liglass.
