This is a far fetched conjecture. On Friday morning it was very well known that NWS payment has taken place and still the PPS went up.

On the day of hearing there was nothing new that came of out of hearing. But PPS went down.

Then in the next few days PPS has gone up without any news.

So we do not know the real cause and effect on PPS

Only real news that affected PPS was RNC resolution. After that we really do not know why the PPS has fluctuated.

One good news is, some anti-FNF politicians are retiring and lost ability to influence the PPS.
