Yes he is well educated and experienced and such. But BVTK, as shown in the filings themselves, shows a grim financial future unless these MAP deals play out fast for some big $$. He has had 3 years at the helm. So it's not like he just took the job. This is still an extremely high risk play unless money starts flowing in quick.

Just my humble opinion, of course.
