I understand dilution has its place, but this particular deal is the worst type.

Again, why sell the farm at the very lows?! Why not allow the stock to appreciate and be able to raise more money, with a lot less shares, as time goes by?

Why does he have to acquire seven horrible companies at the same time? Why not sell a couple hundred million shares and get one company rolling, then as it starts to add value to the stock, use the appreciating equity for additional acquisitions? None of these companies are so amazing that he has to get it done right away... If they were great companies they wouldn’t be waited around this long to be acquired by a company was zero assets.

IMO the only reason why he announced all these acquisition deals, is because he needed TOPICS to pump.

Does anybody actually think that an MJ company would let this POS touch their cash?! LOL
