Not true! So are they desperate? They called me on my cell phone too!

IMO they are calling shareholders off a did not vote list. If u did not vote they think maybe u are stupid or lazy, but whatever the reason, this makes your shares a no vote by default. If you already voted no that means you have thought about it.

They think if you didn't vote you are unaware and can be convinced to make a yes vote over the phone.

I think they are finding out the opposite is true.

I hope the telephone gal did not agree to be compensated a commission % by tallying all these yes votes she got changed from no's.
