I keep circling around saying state A,B,C approved, pilot counties A,B,C are underway, state A,B,C has legislation pending, etc. etc.

We know that an established program like South Dakota is growing 30 percent this year and we would not be surprised if this is a 30 percent growth year for North Dakota.

Maybe it takes 10/15 years for every state in the nation to keep drugs and drinking away from drivers. Wyoming is just getting underway (article).

Exponential? Predict away because this will be blowing up.
