Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. Perhaps Solomon was thinking about something else when he mentioned the $20 share price. A mega deal in India for CA could certainly get us there.

I will say again why a cash dividend policy is important. Even if it's just a plan for now.

1) They have to get the share price up and end the collateral mess.
2) It is the the one and only defense against a short attack.
3) It is a first big step towards gaining credibility.

So this is a huge development by itself. It's what was missing. And even though they are late with this, we did get it. You have to give the Board credit for it.
