Plus they aren't showing any appreciable salaries so they have next to no resources for executing. Their technology (R&D) spend in the quarter was less than $3000!!! What kind of technology do they have that it doesn't need to be kept current. Also - if they sold any of their technology ever and it was still being used - shouldn't there be some support and maintenance (or subscription) revenue? Sales and marketing spend is next to nothing and I see no evidence of the type of salary to pay for their new super duper 'make it rain' VP Sales. OMG - this story just doesn't hold water.
