It appears the deal is hinged between Verdant and Enersys and by the end of the year the judge has ordered a resolution. I think whatever Monbat paid is held in escrow and reflects the value of our shares at .0017. I think the Arch boys are either going after Enersys in suit or they have deal in the works to continue as a going concern and work with ENS on an existing contract basis for supply. It appears the latter is going on because Verdant website went back up after erasing our logos.
