It's worse than dead,it's toast. IF shareholders would have voted no and stopped that dilution it would still be setting here with nothing going on but only 3B shares in the AS.

If someone new would have bought the ticker and taken over then they might have worked with the 3B AS but not now. At some point in time there will be a big RS--probably 1 for 100.

I'll lose a couple of hundred bucks,others might lose thousands.
