I think that the city, county and state need to shut down the scam and jail the pnnzi schemer John Elio and Lichter after stripping them of all assets since there is no way to separate the scammed funds from ELIO scam and their other assets or scams.

SHUT EM DOWN AND JAIL ANYONE STILL TRYING TO KEEP THE PONZI SCHEME GOING..... INCLUDING LAWYERS ARGUEING ON BEHALF OF THE SCAMSTERS TO NO BE SUBJECT TO LAWS AND PENALTIES ALL OTHER PEOPLE IN THE STATE ARE REQUIRED TO LIVE BY.
