I am not from United states.
I am Greek and live in Spain.
I think the worst thing that can happen here is not an R/S but an emission of new shares.
Thus the company will have to dilute shares twice because if it issues shares, after it can arrive an R/S.
All depends of the economic situation of the co until they sell the 7 boats in the firts quarter 2018.
BUT I ALSO THINK THE STOCK IS ABOUT TO EXPLODE AND THE AFTER MARKET OF FRIDAY WAS A PREPARATION FOR THAT.
The co needs money and shares this time.IDEAL FOR A HUGE RALLY UP AS A STOCK THAN OVERSOLD THIS TIME.
