There have been many delays, and redesigns, and additional info/requirements for IND, blah blah blah. However I feel they have run out of excuses. They had a pre IND meeting and said the changes were simple or minor and would not take long to address. If IND is not filed this year I feel there is grounds to move against the company as they have made several misleading statements. A delay in the cell bank is they only acceptable reason IND has not been filed yet and based on the facet interview even a complete scrap and restart of the cells if it began in July should be completed before the end of the year. If there is no IND by December I will start to look into holding KW legally responsible for the misinformation and years of delays until this point. I have a suspicion that material info is being withheld which causes frustration but probably cant be held against the company but the statements made in regarding the expectations to IND filing can.
