DAY 208 TODAY!. Are we SEC CURRENT yet?

I mean, wasn't that the ORIGINAL goal? I believe it was. The goal of becoming "Pink OTC Current" came later.

Here's the March 13 PR:

NSAV also announced that it will continue to be an SEC fully reporting company. The Company believes it can be current on its SEC filings within the next 30 days, depending on the schedules of the auditors and attorneys.

But didn't JT just de-list NSAV from the SEC? I'm pretty sure he did. Okay, by doing so was, supposedly, it helped speed up getting NSAV Pink OTC current. Fair enough. But he didn't originality say anything about that. It was "SEC Current". There's a difference. And what kinda sucks is that for all the hype about that stop sign removal and all the great things that will happen after it's gone, it didn't seem to do much, if anything. I mean, as far as getting in new investors and/or pumping up the share price as we were lead to believe it would. frown

Oh well. Onward to the next big thing(s).

“You can’t trust anyone,” Sykes said. “The companies are trying to get their stock up so they can raise money and stay in business. There is no reliable business model or accurate data, so most penny stocks are scams that are created to enrich insiders.”
