Sorry about the issue you are having...I would suggest contacting the administration at ihub to address the problem...I nave no involvement in that process and have not received any other complaints from traders signing up for alerts...

Keep me updated and I hope they can fix the issue...if you have an alternative email you may want to try with that if you have not already done so...
