I doubt Benny can sell any stock or sell debt at this point. Northbridge still needs to be made whole and REDG would need to register any stock before selling. It's more likely that Benny is selling off inventory to make ends meet.

I still don't think the GSL was a bad idea. It was just a badly implemented plan.

PowFolio also wasn't a bad idea, but needed continuous marketing (customer engagement) to get readership up.

Doing the Zwag Box was a bad idea and it was implemented badly.

Being a comic book publisher won't generate the returns necessary to run a public company.
