if u use 19m share count this company makes 1 eps on 33 in book that 3% return on shareholder equity so either they need to get profits up or sell off u productive assets
the roe is only rate of inflation, return on assets even worse if it stops squandering it's money on projects that don't work or don't finish it will have to
tons of money.
